Do we provide International delivery?
An additional shipping charge of $16.85 for outside US and Canada, regardless of the size of the order will be added to the regular shipping fee. All orders are shipped with Priority First Class for fast delivery.
Shipping cost to other countries varies. Once we obtain the buyer's address, we will submit a shipping quote according to the geographical region.

 

How do I return an item?
 

When exchanging or returning a product, please contact our customer service who will provide you with a return number. Preferably, it is recommended that you always mark your return package with the assigned and provided number. The return is approved when the product has been inspected by our personnel.
N.B. Please bear in mind that: it is the condition of the product upon arrival to KLASSY GENTS, LLC that determines if the product can be considered to have been returned in immaculate condition. You pay the shipping cost yourself for the return.
 
What is KG, LLC returns policy?
Customers possess full rights to return a product within 14 days of when the product or products are received. It is imperative that the return or exchanged item is unused and unworn.
Reimbursement will only be processed when the products are returned in pristine condition. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse shipping fees. Better yet, we want our customers and audience to be satisfied and pleased with our services.
Therefore, since we strive to offer top-notched customer support, along with a variety of beneficial options, you can either choose, if you would like to be reimbursed or receive another product in exchange.

 How do I track my order?
 

Upon receiving and processing your payment, depending on the method of payments that were used, our staff shall issue you with an email confirmation and a tracking number of your purchase.

 

How can I contact your couriers?                       
Once, you receive the email confirmation from our Staff, you can always track your package time-frame delivery via USPS or UPS, with the provided tracking number.

 

What are your delivery options?
Normal delivery time is 7-15 working days unless specified otherwise. We always ship your order as soon as we can and with Priority First Class Mail for faster possible delivery.
