1-WEBSITE USE AGREEMENT
Welcome to www.Klassygents.com (the "Site"). Please read this agreement carefully, as it governs your use of the Site and constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access nor use the Site. KLASSY GENTS, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time because by visiting the Site, you agree to accept any such changes.
Each time you use the Site you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions.
These terms are in addition to any other agreements you may have with KLASSY GENTS, LLC including the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Information.
You may use the Site only if you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
2-YOUR ACCOUNT
When using the Site, you will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify KLASSY GENTS, LLC of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You also agree to accept sole responsibility for any and all activity that occurs under your Account. KLASSY GENTS, LLC is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity of any person accessing the Site.
3-PLACING AN ORDER
Before placing an order, we will show you the item(s) selected for purchase, a description of such item(s), the price and applicable taxes, the shipping cost and any other information required by applicable laws. You understand that your order shall constitute an offer to purchase the selected item(s). Orders are not binding on KLASSY GENTS, LLC until accepted by return email confirming our acceptance of such orders. Acceptance shall be subject to product availability and valid payments.
Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in US Dollars. Although KLASSY GENTS, LLC will attempt to provide accurate pricing for all items on the Site, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, even after an order is placed. In the eventuality that you place an order for an item incorrectly priced, KLASSY GENTS, LLC may cancel such order and reverse the charges applicable to your payment.

We do not accept credit cards issued outside Canada and the United States.
Your name, billing addresses and telephone number must exactly match those on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card. KLASSY GENTS, LLC does not retain your credit card number following authorization by the financial institution issuing the credit card. We do retain the authorization number for the transaction in case you wish to return the purchase for a credit.
We do not collect funds from your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
4-SALES TAXES
Purchases on the Site are subject to applicable taxes, just like any regular stores. You may also be charged taxes on the shipping fees. For clarity, you are responsible for all sales, use, goods and services, harmonized sales, and other taxes and duties associated with an order.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.

6-SHIPPING
KLASSY GENTS, LLC shall only ship items to the USA and Canada.
Shipping addresses must be valid USA and Canadian addresses. Unfortunately, PO boxes are not accepted.

7-ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS
KLASSY GENTS, LLC prides itself in providing exclusive, quality fashion products. Availability of products on this Site may vary. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on the Site. Display of an item is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our Site when you visit again. For any availability issues, please contact Customer Service. We will make every effort to fulfil your requests whenever possible.
KLASSY GENTS, LLC will make every reasonable effort to display its products as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may significantly affect what you actually see on your screen.
